Only the courts of law in Amsterdam, Holland are competent for hearing a dispute between Dutchexcess and any third party. 1. Purchase agreement and order agreement.
   1. The parties concerned declare that Dutch law be applicable to the present agreements.
2. Purchase agreement.
   1. The parties concerned agree that buyer place an order via Internet for the purchase of moveable goods. The order can be made only in accordance with the directions given by DutchExcess and at the prices quoted by DutchExcess.
   2. Buyer is obliged to pay to DutchExcess the total purchase price of the items ordered as well as the costs of expedition as indicated on the order form. Buyer indicates on the order form the manner in which he prefers to make payment.
   3. Buyer is bound to pay to DutchExcess the purchase price as well as the costs of expedition at the time and place of delivery.
   4. DutchExcess takes upon itself the obligation to check the items ordered as to quality and working order before delivering them.
   5. The parties concerned agree that DutchExcess will deliver the items ordered by buyer to his business address at Bosboom Toussaintstraat 36 in Amsterdam.
3. Order agreement.
   1. By the above-mentioned delivery the buyer is rightful owner of the goods ordered by him. The buyer gives the order, as issuer of the order, to DutchExcess to have the goods bought by him. and delivered to him expedited by post in his name and for his account and DutchExcess undertakes likewise, as the party carrying out the order, the obligation of having the above mentioned goods expedited in the name of and for the account of the buyer.
   2. DutchExcess undertakes the obligation to concern itself with the consignment immediately upon its being delivered by taking the goods, securely packed, to the nearest post office.
   3. As has already been indicated , the costs of expedition are for the account of the buyer. The costs of expedition are indicated as such on the order form.
4. Purchase agreement and order agreement.
   1. All disputes with regard to or flowing from the agreements made by the parties concerned shall be brought before the competent judge in the district of Amsterdam for judgement.
